The Foundation is here to optimize palliative and end of life care by filling the gaps in the healthcare system and ensuring that financial burden is never an obstacle to people receiving the community, education, resources, and support they need and deserve.
Our Vision
To Ensure Empowered End of Life Experiences™ for All
We envision a healthcare system that supports the unique needs of each patient, and their loved ones, as they navigate complex and terminal illness. To that end, our goal is to establish Empowered Endings Centers throughout the United States, where people can receive the care and counseling, training and education, and community and resources they need to create Empowered End of Life Experiences™, including access to legal end of life options wherever appropriate.

Partnering to Ensure Everyone has Access
Our community and general education resources are available at no cost. Some programming, including those offering continuing education credit, may have associated fees. Scholarships for education are always available, and no one will be turned away because of financial barriers. Contact us to apply. As we work to fulfill our mission, donations are always welcome.
