Led by trusted experts in palliative care, end-of-life planning, grief and bereavement, aging well, dementia care, and related fields, each session combines research-based knowledge with hands-on, practical guidance.
Through interactive exercises, reflective prompts, and group discussions, participants gain tools they can apply immediately in professional care settings, within families, and in communities. Whether you’re expanding professional expertise or seeking deeper personal understanding, these workshops provide clarity, confidence, and compassion to navigate life’s transitions.
Transformational Grief Workshop Series

Series Time: 10:00am - noon
Join us for a powerful three-part workshop series designed to help transform grief into hope and resilience.
Led by Lori Krause, grief specialist, and Laing Rikkers, author of the award-winning book Morning Leaves: Reflections on Loss, Grief, and Connection, these series explore the healing power of nature, art, and connection.
Together, we’ll listen to and write poetry, create expressive art, and engage in meaningful group discussions that foster reflection and renewal.
Total Cost: $25. No one will be turned away—your well-being matters most.
Note: Parking and seating are limited so pre-registration is required.
